While spelling out possible outcomes from the immense growth of Google, the Bangkok Post recommends the book for the 'tech-mad teen'. Kelly Heyboer of the Newark based The Star-Ledger asks the director whether he has something he would like to forget on the internet. Meanwhile, Robert Fulford of the Canadian publication, National Post, exhorts the reader to 'go ahead and forget it'.
